- Will ends up discussing his sexuality with both of his grandmothers 
- Kate and Marlene end up discussing Will's sexuality
- Will discusses his sexuality with Marlena, and admits he might be gay
- Marlena remains supportive of Will, who begins to withdrawal from, the conversation

Kate was on a roll with making people squirm when, after seeing Will and Sonny, she confronted her terrified son and informed him that she knew and had always known he was gay! Will flees to Marlena's arms and finally opened up that Kate may be right! Marlena comforted him unaware that the whole time Stefano was having her followed. Will finds himself confiding in Marlena again. Will being open and honest about his sexuality allow him to move forward with a relationship?

-Will decides he's not gay after all. He's having a hard time coming to terms. (I think this is a grammatical error – I believe it’s supposed to say ‘Will decides he is gay after all.’  Otherwise the next sentence doesn’t make any sense.)

Kate upsets Will by telling him that he has always set off her gaydar. He runs straight to Marlena. After some gentle prodding, he admits that he thinks he is gay after all. He doesn’t want to say any more about it. Kate runs into Marlena and they talk about Will.

It's part of the coming out process, you run back into the closet when you're beginning to accept being gay. it's why he's having a hard time coming to terms.

At least that's how it went for me lol.
