I'm watching yesterday's episode.

I'm lol'ing at EJ reaming out the SPD for their ineptitude and Roman for deciding not to tell Sami anything, but I also want to smack him for blaming everyone but himself, when him framing John started this whole mess. He's far more responsible for this mess than John.

Poor Jack! I understand that Jennifer is confused at all, but she has really been giving him very mixed signals, and considering everything he's been through in the past year, I'm not sure if he can handle it!

Sami hugs him, he tries to be comforting, she cries into his arms.

Will was able to convince his mom to come home. They sit on the sofa together, he keeps rubbing her back.

She sees a pic of Johnny; Will goes to move it, Sami says no. She wants everything to stay the way it was.

Gabi arrives, hugs Rafe, they talk a little.

She sits next to Will and tells Sami how sorry she is. Will pets her hand.

Rafe says he'll get Sami anything she wants and Sami yells back that she wants him to go find Johnny.

You know, I was watching this and thinking about how the concern about Johnny is different in a soap world than in the real world, I think. I mean, yes, the DiMeras have a lot of enemies. But in the real world, if your kid went missing, you'd be imagining a predator of some kind and all the horror that goes with that, not some "DiMera enemy". They seem to immediately assume that's who's got Johnny, not some child predator/murderer.

Will is sitting next to Sami on the sofa the whole time while she talks to others with his arm around her. Gabi is on the laptop at the table. She says tons of people are volunteering to help find Johnny.

Will tells Sami he'll be right back and talks to Rafe, saying he's glad that he's here, in their life. "You've been good to us and you make my mom real happy."

Sami's been hostile towards Rafe but Will points out that she's not really angry at him, she's just worries about Johnny.

Will says that Johnny's lucky to have Rafe raising him.

"You know how much I care about my dad, but you're giving Johnny something I never really had growing up, a real family, and you're the best father he could hope for."
"You're not so bad yourself."

"As far as I'm concerned, you are Johnny's dad in every way that counts."

Will and Sami are back on the sofa together. Rafe brings a sandwich; Sami ignores it until Will hands it to her. Even then she puts it down and then says she can't eat. Will suggests she rest; she says she can't until Johnny's back.

Like this? She's accusing him of playing games? When he's the one who has been crystal clear about exactly what he wants and she's the one who can't decide? But again, just because I'm annoyed and frustrated with Jennifer for the way she's acting doesn't mean I have to hate her for it.

I feel weirdly conflicted about that Hershey's commercial. There are some things that I dont' think should be blended and Melt With You and christmas chimes and stuff? I...I...I DO NOT UNDERSTAND. CANNOT PROCESS.
