Will is so awkward, and really, really obvious that he's uncomfortable with Gabby. Can he and Sonny just PLEASE talk about it. I need that.

These past few Will episodes have been very encouraging in terms of the writers going forward with the Will/Sonny storyline. I hope the powers that be don't chicken out. Whatever the case, I like that there's finally a storyline (the website thing) tying these characters together.

Perhaps it will lead to some late nights of Sonny and Will sitting around the computer together, very close together, because they'd have to sit close to look at the same screen? :D

Why does all of Salem meet and chat in the back alleys by the pier where the rapist is attacking?

This website thing is going to mean lots of bonding time for our boys. Chad is now showing himself to be very into Abigail to contrast Will's discomfort around Gabi.

Will was very distracted all episode. I kept wondering if he was drunk.

Poor Gabi is going to humiliate herself trying to seduce Will. She is going to put the moves on him in some sexy outfit and he is going to run screaming into the night.

Oh, Will. You're so uncomfortably awkward. He's not even trying to seem into Gabi. I think he's having a total post-sex "I thought I could do this but I can't!" freakout.

I can't wait for a scene where Sonny figures it out and talks to Will. D: Omg awesome. Or a scene where Will starts awkwardly and subtly asking Sonny questions about being gay. If we could get that, I'd be thrilled. Moments, man. I'll take any at all.

That being said, I feel really terrible for Gabi in these scenes. You can tell that she's falling for him hard, but getting nothing in return. I love the drama, but I wish there was another way to go about it.

Lordy, just let the kid be gay already. It's so obvious he's gay by now that it's almost silly that no one's questioned the fact that maybe the reason he doesn't want to have sex with his hot, horny girlfriend is because he's gay. And they're going to slow the s/line down even more? Oy.

Sonny had an odd look at the end of the episode, like maybe he's starting to wonder why Will isn't really "into" Gabi. This was the first indication I've seen that Sonny may start to realize what is going on with Will.

1. Will's hot new hair is really working for me.

2. Any doubts I had that they're going to make Will gay are gone. That is clearly where they are going with this, and they would have tweaked this episode if the new writers were backing out. Love that they made it explicit that Gabi and Will only did it the one time!

3. We'll have to see how much they actually slow it down, because Chandler and Freddie have clearly been told to shut their traps in interviews. The new writers are keeping everything close to the vest. That's not to say it won't take a couple of months for real progress, but as long as things continue in this vein, it's all good, IMO.

This is purely speculation, but I wonder if all the "gee, we don't know who Sonny's love interest is going to be" is because they've slowed down the part of the story that involves Will and Sonny actually getting together. Maybe they're going to play the part of the story with Will accepting that he's gay all the way through first, so that "Will is gay" and "Will is in love with Sonny" are two separate stories, and not just all one big story.

Which, if so, I kind of like the idea. It's more like when Luke came out, and he just knew he was gay even though he didn't have any romantic interests on the immediate horizon, and less like Noah, who the fact that he was attracted to Luke was a big part of the reason why he had to accept that he was gay.

Does this make any sense at all? I think it does in my head, but reading through my comment I'm less sure...
