I think this interview is really telling. You can see him struggling to be obscure, but he also smiles whenever Will's relationship with Gabi (or with Sonny) is mentioned. Even if they haven't filmed Will/Sonny yet, his awkward smiles and lots of shifting make me think SOMETHING is going to happen. ^_^

We know what "understanding, coming to terms and accepting who he is and the feelings that he is having" means. It is very obvious that he meant Will process of accepting himself as a gay man. I think Chandler accidentally let that go and realized it afterwards and tried to fix it but failed to do so. Even the interviewer said "you know the fans are going to be able to decipher that". She is not stupid at all. This interview plus the spoilers of the coming weeks make me feel 99% sure that we will start watching Will's struggle and self-acceptance very very soon.
