Also, I know there's some spec that T will be Sonny's love interest because he's a classic closet case type, but he's such a minor character, with no family (at least not on screen). Where's the drama there?

Oh, and interesting that Gabi wants to get busy again. Hmm, wonder why Will doesn't?

I think all the "Will might not be gay" stuff is probably just the actors being coy about the storylines. When the new writers came in, they instituted a very strict, "don't give away information about the storylines" policy. Galen Gering (Rafe) had posted a picture of the sign they have hanging on the wall:



So I think that's where most of the claims that they don't know what's going to happen might be coming from. I mean, we can't know for sure until the story actually airs, but unless we either hear an official statement that Will is NOT going to be gay, or unless we get through the November sweeps period without any sign of it, I'm going to assume the story is still a go.

I'm not worried yet. It gives me pause, but really, it's still totally early days, and with all the old characters coming back, the new writers have a lot to juggle. Ken Corday did say that the Will story was going ahead, but that they slowed it down. So I don't think we need to worry yet! *knocks on wood*

But yes, Will is definitely the more compelling character/actor to me at this point, and if they wimp out on making him gay, I'll be really disappointed. Anthony Langford said on the Gays of Daytime board not to worry and that it's still going forward. Hopefully he would know, and it isn't just his opinion.
