July 4, 2011: Salem Goes Hollywood

Sorry this post is late, but with the holiday, we've all been busy. So, this episode was...uh, interesting. Basically, Will and his pals (no Sonny, unfortunately -- he hasn't broken into the teen Rat Pack yet) were planning to spend a rainy 4th of July blogging, but when the internet and power go out, they keep the will to live by imagining Salem denizens acting out last year's Oscar movies.

This episode is standalone and doesn't advance the plot at all. It does, however, feature Will in a suit!

I maintain that this episode was weird, but Will looks good in a suit, and Chad was awesome in the spoof they did.

Why doesn't anything good ever happen when I'm home to watch it? LOL.

He was so disaffected, I loved it (I've never seen that movie, is that how the main character really is?).

Seriously, I think I'm unlucky, lol - I was home during the day to watch ATWT three times last year (Black Monday - hot kissing, but waffling Luke; August 6(?) when the nurses called Reid names and Katie treated him like he was invisible; and the final episode).

My first episode to live watch DooL, and this is what it is? LOL. I should stop getting excited that I'm home to watch them.

:D All the good stuff happens when I'm not home it seems. *sigh* Off to watch today's!

Pretty much! Only one of many reasons I very much disliked that movie. It was visually stunning but even that can't compensate for how terrible every single character was.

Let me amend my statement. "Every single character except for Andrew Garfield!" He was pretty genuine. No, he was the only person to act like a human being. Let's put it that way. It got him all stomped over but at least he acted like a fairly decent person.

We really need to focus on the more important things.

So far, he looks good in a suit and an apron. Well, he looks adorable in his regular clothes but the outfits just do it for him. I'm sure Sonny will be v. pleased.
