I'm guessing that's a flubbed line that they just never fixed.
With all the slashed budgets on soaps these days, they do almost everything in just one take. I know on Days, they film four weeks of shows in three weeks, then the studios go dark for a week, just so they can do everything within their budget, so they don't really have time to do things more than once. Something has to be seriously wrong with the first take of a scene for them to give it a second take, and I'm guessing one flubbed line doesn't meet their "seriously wrong" standards.
