I love when the interviewer was saying that he and Freddie were trying to come up with names for Salem's gay bar, but everything they came up with was inappropriate, and Chandler and Camila were all "well, if Freddie was involved, of course they were inappropriate!" LOL!

I'm confused. Why have a community such as this and then have all posts made public to everyone and not just members. I don't feel comfortable sharing this with the world just members of the will_sonny community. Am I missing something?

I admit I'm a bit confused by your confusion! :) Though, looking at your post, I see that you're offering to share some personal pics from the event, and that I do understand you being uncomfortable sharing with the world. So, I get that!

As for the link to the After Elton interview, and all the other posts that we like to have be public, it's because this comm and the contents of it aren't any big secret! It's all public information available on the internet, just all put together in one place for like-minded people to squee over and talk about, and not have to go looking for themselves.

Now, again, I get you not wanting to share your personal photos in a public post, and I'm totally down with you posting those to a locked post, or not posting them at all, as you see fit. But as for not publicly sharing links to otherwise entirely public interviews, I'm not sure I'd get why we wouldn't do that? The purpose of the comm is for people - whether they are members or not - to come here and find Will/Sonny related items and spoilers!

There's nothing illegal or wrong about reposting that After Elton link, or any of the other links/posts/videos, and so we see no reason to be exclusive about them.

So - are you referring to your private pictures? Or the rest of the post? I'm confused. :) And does my comment help explain at all?


ETA: I see now that the photos are from a journalist, and I get why you'd want to post those to a locked post. That's no biggie. But I don't know why (or maybe you're not even talking about this aspect?) you would feel uncomfortable having an After Elton interview posted unlocked, etc?
