Is that guy who wants to be Will's roomie Kinsey's boyfriend?

I have no idea, lol. He's either dating her or Will's cousin (the one that's also cousins with Sonny. EITHER WAY, WILL IS GOING TO BE DATING A RELATIVE OF A RELATIVE).
